I know friends from UPV who started ONE UPV Foundation. I was invited by my 1980 batchmates to join a lunch meeting in NYC in November 2021. I started donating after the meeting.

Coming from a poor family, I was a scholar since high school until I graduated in medical school.

Without the financial support that I received from scholarship programs, I would not have been able to achieve my dream of becoming a doctor.
